Designed at raising Gen Z’s levels of accountability and providing them with skills to rely on their own sense of self rather than seeking external validation. This creates awareness around their own abilities and strengths and in doing so reduces the level of entitlement Gen Z have embraced.
This service can be delivered to a group or a one-on-one basis and incorporates all aspects of young people’s goals and dreams.
Options include: soft skill development, problem solving, conflict management, effective work habits and skills for professional growth:
“Happiness is letting go of what you think your life is supposed to look like and celebrating it for everything that it is.” – Mandy Hale
Our youth are constantly seeking external validation mostly through social media channels. Their constant need for approval results in heightened levels of anxiety, sensitivity and ironically – entitlement.
If praise and acknowledgement are not forthcoming the world becomes an unfair place and their expectations of how their life ‘should’ have eventuated are unfulfilled which often results in disengagement and resentful behaviour.
Validate Me also explores the concept of why we believe our lives should unfold in a certain way and how we can best adapt to life on life’s terms.
Empower young people to Dream, Believe, Work Hard and Transition Successfully, by arming them with the tools to confidently succeed and engage in their education, community and work.
