Helping young people SWITCH their thinking about Education and Employment

Our SWITCH mentors work intensively with students in years 9-12 who are at risk of disengaging from school with the aim  to reengage them back into an effective learning environment or provide support with their transition into meaningful employment.

The programme provides flexible and supportive learning environments for students who have a history of poor educational experiences.

  • Developing individualised transition plans
  • Quality resume development
  • Work preparation skills
  • Exploring education and training pathways options
  • Raising awareness of trainee and apprenticeships
  • Linking young people to employment outcomes.
